前端信号源:
- 等效为电压源与内阻相串联。
- 等效为电流源与内阻相并联。

放大电路:
- 可等效为一个电阻Ri(放大电路的等效电阻)。
- Ri决定信号源给放大电路输入多大的信号。
- 放大电路得到的信号就是,Ri与Rs对Us的分压。

- 输入源与放大电路,可等效为,电压源与内阻相串联。
- 电源为开路电压,内阻为前端的等效电阻。
- R0位输出电阻。
- 若需要U0变化小,则需要R0小。
- 若需要I0变化小,前端近似于电流源,则需要R0大。

- 对于第一级放大电路,第二级放大电路等效为Ri2(第一级放大电路的负载)。
- 前一级的负载,为后一级的输入电阻。
2.2.6 频率指标
- 信号源频率很低的时候,容抗变的很大,信号不容易输入,不容易输出。
- 频率不断升高,结电容容抗不断减小,电流放大倍数不断减小,输出信号越来越小。
- 低频的时候,高频的时候,放大倍数衰减,衰减到一定程度,不再放大。

- 先直流,后交流。
- 分析动态必须先分析静态,即静态工作点Q。

- 用图解法找静态工作电Q。
- 外部电路的工作特性曲线。
- 内部的输入特性曲线。
- 先将交流置0。
- iB = (VBB - UBE) / Rb
- Y轴:VBB / Rb,X轴:VBB,一条与输入特性曲线相交的斜线。
- 得到输入特性曲线的静态工作电Q。
- 与斜线平行的线,Δui。
- 与曲线再相交一点。
- UBE在X轴区间变化。
- ΔiB在Y轴区间变化。
- 得出IBQ与UBEQ。
- 找到IB = IBQ的输出特性曲线。
- iC = (VCC - UCE) / RC
- X轴:VCC,Y轴:VCC / RC,一条与输出特性曲线相交的斜线。
- 得到输出特性曲线的静态工作电Q。
- 通过ΔiB,得到新的输出特性曲线,进而得到ΔUCE,得到ΔIC。
